By placing an order with Shiny Crafts.co, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders & Prices

• Prices are shown on our product pictures or confirmed in your quote.
• The minimum order is 5 party packs or 1 hamper.
• Your order is confirmed once we have the correct details and any required payment.
• Products, colours and treats are subject to availability. If necessary, we may use a close suitable alternative.

2. Personalised Details

Please check all names, ages, dates, themes, quantities and spelling before approving your order or design. Once approved, production may begin. Changes requested afterwards may cost extra or delay completion.

3. Lead Times

Please order at least 3 days before your celebration. If courier delivery is required, please order at least 5 days in advance. Rush orders depend on availability. We will keep you informed if supplier, courier or other circumstances outside our control cause a delay.

4. Payment

Any deposit or full-payment requirement will be confirmed with your order. We may only begin sourcing, designing or producing after the required payment has been received.

5. Collection & Delivery

Collection is available by arrangement from Blairgowrie. Courier delivery is available across South Africa, with the fee confirmed before dispatch. Please provide the correct address and inspect your order when it arrives. Courier delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Because most items are personalised or made to order, they cannot usually be cancelled, changed or returned once design, sourcing or production has started, except where the law gives you a right. If we made an error or supplied a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will offer a reasonable correction, reprint, replacement or refund where appropriate. We cannot refund client-approved spelling or details, a change of mind, or damage after collection or delivery.

7. Food & Safety

Please tell us about allergies, dietary needs or age-suitability concerns before ordering. Treats may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Adult supervision is recommended for sweets, small toys and activity items.

8. Privacy & Product Images

We use the details you provide to prepare and complete your order. Product photos are examples, so handmade and personalised items may vary slightly. If you do not want names, faces or private event details shared in our marketing, please tell us in writing before collection or delivery.
